Hello to all my lovely mums to be out there.
Sharing with you my conception story and my pregnancy journey. I have stayed fit and healthy throughout my pregnancy.I weight trained 4 days a week right up until now(40 weeks). Everybody's pregnancy is different so always chat to a health care professional first and listen to your own body.
